AutoDM

AutoDM is a comment-to-direct-message assistant for Instagram professional accounts. When a person comments on a post or reel of a connected account, AutoDM replies to the comment and sends that person one direct message with the information they asked for.

How it works

1. The account owner connects their Instagram professional account with Instagram Login.
2. The owner sets up the reply texts and the link in the dashboard.
3. A person comments on a post. AutoDM replies publicly and sends one private reply.
4. If the person taps the button or writes back, AutoDM sends the link.

Every automated message states that it is automated. People can always write to the account and get a reply from a human.
