Terms of Service

By connecting an Instagram account to AutoDM you agree to these terms.

The service

AutoDM replies to comments and sends direct messages on behalf of a connected Instagram professional account, using the official Instagram API.

Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorised to manage the account you connect. You are responsible for the texts and links you set up. You must follow the Instagram Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta Platform Terms. You must not use the service for spam, deception, harassment, or content that is illegal where you or your audience are located.

Automated messages

Automated messages must tell the recipient that they are automated. The service sends one private reply per comment and further messages only within the time window allowed by Instagram.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect your account at any time in the dashboard or in Instagram settings. When you disconnect, your access token and data are deleted.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Instagram may change or limit its API, which can affect the service.
